Laura M. Sheehan

Laura Sheehan is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Licensed in both Florida and Michigan, Laura has over a decade of experience in transactional and litigation real property matters, including, but not limited to, commercial leasing and financing, commercial real estate development, landlord/tenant, property and casualty insurance, mortgage lending, servicing, loss mitigation, foreclosures, affordable housing, FEMA and Hardest Hit funds, and municipal ordinance/code applications and disputes. Laura is a former Fundraising Chair of the Hispanic American Law Student Association (HALSA) and a former key speaker and presenter of Lender’s Perspectives at Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation CLEs in Florida.
