Aretha Glover-Bohannon

Aretha Glover-Bohannon counsels clients on corporate matters, transactional (domestic and global), mergers and acquisitions, real estate, banking, general contract, regulatory and enforcement issues, commercial transactions, joint ventures, leases, information technology, and compliance issues. She advises clients on corporate governance best practices and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. She also counsels clients in structuring, negotiating, and consummating acquisition, sale and change of control transactions.
