Litigation Legal Assistant

Lewis & Munday, P.C. is seeking an experienced legal administrative assistant to support a partner-level attorney and associates in an active and challenging litigation practice. In light of the fast-paced, yet collegial environment, only candidates with experience in a defense setting will be considered.

Due to the nature of the Firm’s corporate and government entity clientele, applicants must demonstrate a professional and courteous demeanor. Additionally, the desired candidate must:

  • Have extensive experience e-filing in state/federal courts and managing a full docket calendar
  • Be proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Possess knowledge of electronic document management systems and time entry programs
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and an ability to multitask while remaining detail- oriented.

The Firm offers a competitive benefit package including health, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k match (upon eligibility), FSA account, paid parking and paid vacation. Salary is commensurate with experience.
